An outdoor fitness program of fitness instruction, nutritional information and motivational training. Each day, the camps will be aproximately one hour in length starting at 6:00 am, 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. They provide a fun, challenging and safe environment to get healthy and learn how to stay healthy.
Do I have to be athletic or in shape?
NO, these camps are designed for everyones different fitness levels. You will compete against yourself and as you reach your fitness goals you'll set new ones. The classes will vary in intensity to keep you growing stronger and getting healthier. We will never ask you to do more than you can safely accomplish. We modify each exercise to meet each persons individual capabilities.
What kind of exercises will I be doing?
No two classes are the same in order to keep things fresh and exciting. The exercises will include:core conditioning, short distance running, dumbbells, jumping rope, circuit training, cardio kickboxing, sports drills, fun fitness games and team challenges.
What equipment will I need?
All you will need is a water bottle, a pair of dumbbells weighing anywhere from 5-15 lbs, workout mat,running shoes and pair of gloves for rope exercises. We will provide all other equipment and the MOTIVATION.
What is the 12 week body transformation program?
Intense 12 week program in our BodyZen Fitness Boot Camps. Includes weekly detailed food journal alalysis and body composition testing.
